Cancellation Policy
Service Terms & Conditions – Bright Cleaners LLC Bright Cleaners LLC provides monthly residential cleaning services under the following terms: • Payments must be made before service. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. • Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. • No-Show Policy: If cleaners arrive and cannot access the property after 15 minutes, it is considered a no-show and a $75 fee applies. • Scope of Work: Standard cleaning includes general surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and kitchen counters. Deep cleaning tasks such as inside appliances, baseboards, interior windows, laundry, or organizing are not included unless booked as an extra service. • Refund Policy: Cleaning services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will schedule a re-clean.
